This evening, SCDF will be commissioning three new vessels - the Heavy Fire Vessel (HFV), the Heavy Rescue Vessel (HRV), and the Marine Rescue Vessel (MRV).
The addition of these new vessels is a significant milestone in SCDF’s 10-year Maritime Transformation, which started back in 2012 with a single marine fire station and just two vessels.
