Step One

iii.Turn the upper body outward pulling the cable back remaining in a straight line as if pulling the string from a bow and arrow.
iv.As the right arm comes backwards the left arm goes straightforward at the exact same level as the right arm.
1. Leg never crosses the ankle.
2. There is no shrugging happening.
v. The activation is in the thoracic spine musculature.

vi.Breath in on backward motion.

Step Three
i.Step the right leg forward.

ii.Right arm goes forward.
iii.Left arm is pulled back
iv.Breath out on forward motion.

Step Four
i.Repeat 15 times per leg
